[HWPL] The peace news of HWPL conveyed through Southeast Asia state-run broadcasters

9th Anniversary of the September 18th HWPL World Peace Summit

Chairman Man Hee Lee, of the Heavenly Culture World Peace Restoration of Light (HWPL), at the age of 92, persistently pursues his journey towards peace. His dedication to peace resonates with and instills hope in many around the world.

The Peace Tour, which began in 2012, marks its 12th year this year, having recorded its 32nd event. One cannot help but wonder why he is so devoted to working for peace. As a Korean War veteran, he understands the pain and suffering of war better than most. Having personally experienced war at a young age, sympathizes deeply, understanding that young individuals suffer the most in conflicts, feeling their sacrifices more keenly than anyone else. Therefore, it seems that Chairman Lee takes a forefront role in working towards achieving peace

In 2018 and 2019, the news of HWPL's peace efforts reached more people in Southeast Asia. In 2018, Indonesia's national broadcaster, TVRI, conducted an interview with Chairman Lee that lasted over an hour, reaching the entire Indonesian population. Following this, on February 2, Myanmar's national English broadcast channel, MITV, aired an exclusive interview with Chairman Lee, accessible to viewers in 156 countries. This indicates that Southeast Asia is closely watching Chairman Lee and HWPL's peace initiatives, revealing a desire for peace among many.

Although I haven't experienced war firsthand, hearing news of ongoing conflicts worldwide evokes a sense of sorrow. Each time, the feeling of helplessness intensifies, but since discovering HWPL, I am grateful to be part of supporting and participating in the cause of peace. I hope more people join in the work for peace together.
